iPad mini problems

Hi everyone, I'm having issues with my iPad mini, here is the story: My dad got me the iPad Mini 2 on my b-day but i accidentally cracked it so i had the replacement plan and got a new one for only $50 so I'm having problems after i got from the Verizon store with the screen protector, it looked brand new but now when you look at it is just all dirty and i tried cleaning it and telling Verizon and no luck, nothing works, can you give me a suggestion?
