My Mac Mini has been acting rather erratic of late.. It started off just taking a long time to respond to folders being opened and has progress to this small screen glitch and several system crashes.
If you install in place, no. If you erase the volume, install, and restore only documents from a backup, yes.
Is it worth doing that then?
If you prefer. It's a lot more work than what I suggested, for the same result.
I was thinking more about doing that going forward. I have already removed everything you listed, bar the PACE Interlok driver which isn't obvious how to completely uninstall as yet.
I will live with the computer like this for now and cross my fingers that solves the issue, but I'd be surprised if it does.

Here is my system and I found a way to make the external monitor stop flickering. First my system details. MAC Book Pro OS X Lion 10.7.5, 8gigRam. If you start safari on the Laptop and stream Netfilx for instance. Then open you external monitor at full resolution and the screen will not flicker. So when I use my 40 inch external monitor Netflix is streaming and prevent the over frequent MAC OS screen updates on the external monitor. No flickering best work around yet! Problem fixed as well as I can. I turned off every conceivable program that could be causing the problem. Well, I am a software developer do back to work on my 40 inch screen.
Help with crash report and screen glitch issue.
