"Payment Verification Required" loop with store credit

Question

"Payment Verification Required" loop with store credit

My daughter has a store credit, but when I approve any paid purchases her iPod Touch goes into a "loop" asking for "Payment Verification Required". Any ideas?

iPod touch (5th generation), iOS 8.2

Try logging out of your apple ID then signing back in.

Thanks but I already tried that. Doing that fixed the problem with free apps but we are still having a problem with paid apps.
