iphoto photo from video

In iphoto, how can I capture or freeze a frame from a video, to use as a photo??

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

You can do this in iMovie.

or take a screen shot and import to iPhoto

Photos under OS X 10.10.3 has this feature
