Passcode Lost and not connected to internet!!

I forgot my passcode and it says connect to ITunes and that's what I did. When I clicked the restore button it said Turn off Find my IPod and I couldn't because I wasn't connected to the internet. So I tried to restore it by Icloud and when I clicked the restore button it said to wait until I was connected to the internet. But how am I supposed to connect to the internet when I forgot my passcode???

NEED HELP!!1 😟
