MacBook Pro Retina Bootcamp does not detect AMD R9 M370X GPU

Hi, I installed my MacBook Pro 15.4" Retina with Windows 8.1 64bit. But now it doesnt detect my AMD GPU and all games dont really run!

I have the latest Bootcamp drivers. When I want to open my AMD Catalyst panel it says it has nothing to configure in an alert prompt and then closes again.

In my device manager list I only find "Micorsoft Basic Display Adapter" under GPU. In "dxdiag" via Execute I also only see the Iris standard GPU but not my AMD... How can I get it?

I tried the performance settings but it still doesnt work. It uses all CPUs, yes. But the GPU is still not used. Its just 256 MB of GPU RAM thats used. How can I "activate" my AMD?

@Loner: I did not see an EFI Boot Folder, I just clicked on BootCamp Folder and then setup.exe.

Maybe I should add that I also can't adjust the resolution of the screen... So very weird. Hope you can help.

No, I only have tge $win... + boot camp folder. No efi, boot, etc

OOkay I did exactly what the thread said and I'm still lagging under 2880 resolution. I'm playing diablo 3 and its lagging when I walk and click anything.

Can you re-build your Installer USB using BCA and the first two options? How was this Windows Support software USB built - manually or via BCA?

You may first want to try the drivers at http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop/bootcamp before you start re-installing Windows.

The BC drivers are not correctly installed. If these are new installations and there is no data to save, one option to consider is to remove Windows via BCA (only), rebuild the USB installer and re-install Windows.

Do either of you see any unknown devices with yellow triangles and exclamation marks?

I See error installing the 5.1.5. Is there any other way I can play diablo in higher resolition?

I tried them, too. Upper and lower one. The upper one made AMD Catalyst showing up again, the lower one did remove the control center feature. But it still doesn't work. I can't change resolution and the AMD GPU is not detected at all. Even not IRIS, just a 256 MB OnBOard thing I Guess.

Is it possible for either you to post the contents of your USB which only has the BC drivers to a DropBox so I can take a look?

There is a file which can be seen from the OS X side /Volumes/BOOTCAMP//Windows/Panther/setupact.log which you should look at for any errors or graphics-related messages.
