Hi everybody,
I changed my Harddrive to a 1 TB SSD and after
migrating, it started with indexing my library and does show some older photos. But as I chose the "all Photos" view the recent pictures are only shown as empty frames. No photo can be seen. When I double click them, they will show up correctly, but I don't see them in the overview.

Most likely the the migration process is not yet completed and Photos has not yet generated all thumbnails. Depending on the size of your library, migration and iCloud upload could easily take many hours, or even days.
One way to test is to select one of the blank thumbnails. It's migration should then "jump the line" and dusplay the image shortly afterwards.

This is what I thought in the beginning, but I seems not to proceed anymore. It stopped at a Photo in the past and doesn't move from that anymore. I waited quite a while already, nothing happens.
Select all of the photos, Control (right) - click and select Rotate clockwise from the contextual menu.
With the photos still selected, Option-Control (right) - click and select Rotate counterclockwise.
This will force Photos to regenerate the thumbnails.
If you're positive the migration is completed, quit Photos. Hold down the Option+Command keys while launching Photos. You should be presented with a list of actions to repair the Library. Choose the one to rebuild thumbnails.
