Anybody know of a Mac-happy SFTP app?
I need to access a client's FTP site and don't know which of the Mac apps out there are good and reliable. Appreciate any advice.

You will find numerous FTP utilities at MacUpdate. OS X has built-in FTP support for the Finder, but it only can download files. Use Connect to Server under the Finder's Go menu.

I use WebDrive for Mac at work and I really like it.Never had any problems with reliability and definitely "SFTP friendly."

It tells me to download OSXFuse. Should I do that?
It appear that the app requires it, so if you want to use the app you need to install the OS X Fuse requirement.
Have you managed to get access via Cyberduck? If 'Connect to server' works in Finder then Cyberduck should work if given the correct settings.

Yes, OS X Fuse is required, but it is included in the installer.
