How to Add Albums on a hard drive to the library
Adding one song at a time takes forever, is there a way that entire albums on my hard drives can be added to the iTunes library?

You can drag in entire folders-worth of contents, including those with sub-folders.
Or:
FIle > Add to Library > then select the files you want.
