My calls log shows strange dialed and missed numbers

Hello,

I have a strange problem. my iphone suddenly started to shows unknown missed and called numbers. I don't know anything about these numbers.

I did a small test by putting the phone on airplane mode and again it also shows strange missed and dialed calls !!!

is this some kind of viruses or it's just a software bug?
