Mac crashes trying to boot windows (boot camp)

My mac crashes 2/3 of the times i try to boot windows (by restarting and holding the alt key), i've tried reinstalling windows 7 & 8 but no luck. Anyone have this problem as well or does anyone have any insight on how to fix this? I really need windows to be operational because of some windows exclusive software i need to use. My mac is a Mac Book Pro 13" late 2013 (2,4 core i5, 8gb RAM, Intel Iris 1536mb). Any help is appreciated, thank you in advance!

Can you boot in Windows Safe Mode without any issues?

No, the problem seems to be with yosemite, it sometimes crashes even before i can choose a startup disk (holding alt)

1. Please run Using Apple Hardware Test - Apple Support .

2. If it does not report any problems, then

Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support

How to Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

3. Use System Preferences -> Startup Disk as an alternative to using the Alt Key.

What are the results of the AHT?

Please try to repair your disk using Disk Utility. Also see - Resolve startup issues and perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck - Apple Support - especially the fsck part.
