I am having trouble to having my macAir and iPhone 6 syncing
I have updated my calendar on the Mac Air and plug my iPhone6 in and they will noy sync. I have loaded iTunes on my MAcAir

From your post I understand that you're trying to sync your Mac's Calendar to your iPhone by using iTunes. Please make sure your sync settings are configured correctly in the "Info" tab in iTunes.
