why does my iphone ring and another iphone ring in the family at the same time by the same caller

I have 3 iphone 6 in my household and we all share the cloud and they are under 1 apple account. but for some shape or size at home when 1 phone gets a call the 2 phones ring also?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.3

Go to Settings > FaceTime and turn "iPhone Cellular Calls" to off on all 3 phones.

You may also want to consider/investigate using separate Apple IDs for each family member. That has become more flexible with new family sharing features https://www.apple.com/icloud/family-sharing/
