My iPad speaker went low and I wanted apple to take the dust of the speaker do apple cover to clean the dust.

You can make an appointment at the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store and have them evaluate the problem. Only they can make the final determination as to what the problem is and what resolution they can offer you.
