I did everything I could but my clock just decided to stop working a few days ago. One minute it will be the correct time and then suddenly it changes to a half hour earlier or an hour earlier or 15 mins earlier..
I upgraded to latest IOS 8.3
I tried manual and automatic
Nothing is working!

Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on device.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

Reset All Settings option does not remove any data, apps , photos. It will reset your phone like new. Apps and photos will be still on your phone but settings will be gone.
