When I plug in my headphones to my macbook pro 13(Late 2011) my sound pref. panel says digital out. What could be the problem?

There is no problem. That is normal.
When you plugin headphones, a microswitch inside the port flips sound output to digital from analog.
That is why you see "Digital out" in System Preference > Sound > Output.
Yes i know about the microswitch but if i plug in my headphones in the sound pref. must show headphones not the digital out. And in the headphones is no sound
1. Reset SMC.
Choose the method for “On Mac notebooks with non-removable battery”.

Plug in the headphone.

Click the Built-in Output.
Make sure that no box is checked under “Mute”.
The internal switch is stuck in the position for digital output. You may be able to free it by inserting and removing a mini-stereo jack. If not, the machine needs to be serviced. Inserting any kind of tool in the port may cause damage that won't be covered by the warranty.
When nothing is inserted to the port the internal speakers are working. SMC and PRAM already resetted and I also done a clean install.
The port is malfunctioning and must be repaired.
