I just received what looks like a scam email. It is supposedly for a receipt from iTunes that has a product that I didn't buy. The email contains a link to a cancel form and never seen this from iTunes in the past.

I just received a similar email... From: no-reply@apple.... but the link is
hallmark@rcm.update.hallmark.com...

The Subject says... [Preview Locked] Info : Confirmation Your Suspicious Order Verification

It then describes a $399.99 subscription purchase (which I know I didn't make)

At the end of the email it say, "If you did not authorize this purchase , please visit iTunes Payment Cancellation Form

I did not click on any of the email provided links... instead I logged in iTunes and check my purchase history... it didn't exist so I know this is a phishing email... I'm going to forward the email to Apple and iTunes

I also received a similar email on 09-25-17 that said, "no-reply@apple" and email address of "hallmark@rcm.update.hallmark.com" re: confirmation of suspicious order verification, saying I'd purchased a subscription for Workout Fitness...and had that link to cancel, I didn't click on any of the links....

Yes my mother just received this for a $335 renewal charge for some exercise app. She is elderly and LOL now way did she ever get any exercise app for $335. It sent a link for cancellation form but nothin comes up I sent an email to Apple.

Yes I received one today. I saw immediately that whoever sent it asked for all my credit card details which was a big red flag!! I got into the actual apple site here and I am going to use the link they provide here to report this scam...it could have cost me $112.99!

I received 2 emails within a week of each other saying my Account has been charged for 2 Apps I didnt even purchase and I will be charged so much $ in a week. I checked on my Apple store and the App I supposedly purchased doesnt exist

I have a receipt from ITunes@update-information saying I purchased a premium account 11/29/17 (date the email came) for 1 year $335.99. It says payment method (iTunes account(. It says developer's support page or terms of use: http/www.appe.com/support.

Yes. They didn't even spell iTunes right (Apple would never use a capital I), or appe in the URL. Looks more like ape. ITunes@update-information also isn't any such place owned by Apple.

To verify, open iTunes and check your purchase history. I sincerely doubt you'll find any such purchase in there.

If you mean you tried to follow a contact link in a scam email and you got a 404 error (or other web error stating there was no such site), then Apple has already reported the scammer's site and successfully had it shut down or blacklisted.

I think this is a phishing attempt. I also got a similar notice. I sent my info into them. now am worried about scam using my ID info to set up other accounts. the screens looked almost identical to real apple screens.

I have had the same advice for an item I didn't buy.

The sender is shown as: krm9118155@checkcoverage.apple.com. Very misleading with the Apple part being shown.

The logo is shown as app iTunes.

Apple shows an email address to send phishing emails but says you receive no reply -

I just received the same thing. A receipt for Pandora renewal for $97.99 with the "Request Refund" link to a page that wants your SSN, address and CC info. It's from email address: donot_replayid@imi.edu. Yes, "replay", not "reply".

Yes I received one tonight saying I've made a $72 purchase from an app called Line.

It takes you to a fake Apple page that looks pretty good and tells you your acccount has been blocked.

It's an obvious phishing email, the 'from' address is not Apple.

Go into your Apple ID account and change your password immediately!
