You will need to contact Apple for help in finding your old Apple ID and password. One method is https://iforgot.apple.com/appleid

Go to My Apple ID and select Reset your password. If you don't remember your Apple ID email address, choose Forgot your Apple ID. You can try resetting it by email authentication or answering security questions. If these steps didn't help you change your password, contact Apple Support.
