my icloud.com email is disable for security reason

Thanks D. Cohen but this does not solve my problem as the RESET email was still sent to the disabled icloud.com mail account which I dont have access to because it has been disable. I am looking forward to another help TIPS. Thanks in anticipation.
Good day All, please my icloud.com mail account has been disabled and that is the email for my icloud account.please how can i re-enable it as i cant reset my icloud/apple account thanks. the reset mail is being sent to the disable account.
