Apple Watch Taptic engine works on and off

Here are my problems:

When I am adjusting the Sound volume on my apple watch, it is adjusting the Haptic feedback at the same time. means when I am increasing or decreasing the volume, the haptic changes simultaneously. These settings should be changed separately.

The haptic works for a while then it stopped. In order to make it work, I have to kind of "manually start" it by sending heart beats to my wife or my friends who have apple watches as well. When I placed my two fingers on the digital touch, only the heart displayed and no haptic feedback, but after 5 seconds also, the watch vibrated. After that, the haptic feedback will work for maybe next 1-2 hours then it became silent again. It is almost like a hidden setting there to switch it off by saving powers? But I couldn't find a setting anywhere.

It is more like software problems to me.
