I'm not sure from your post whether you know that it's available from the character viewer (double-click to insert it):

Of course that's not as convenient as a keyboard stroke, though you can save it there as a favourite, and of course once inserted once you can copy it and paste it in again.

What do you need them for? There may be a keyboard in the app store, for example

LipikaBoard on the App Store

Otherwise you can find them in an app like Unicode Pad and copy/paste or create keyboard shortcuts for them.
