My Iphone 5s is developing Bend

When i visited the nearest Apple Service center, they are asking to pay about 50% of the device's amount to get it replaced.

They are not bothered of taking any responsibility to check what is causing the bend, they straight away blame that i might have applied some pressure????

from the day i bought the iphone, i am using a plastic flip case, so there is no chance that it should form a bend.

i have spent the amount beyond my capacity, so imagine the care that i would be taking.

I took responsibility and informed the apple customer care about the fault device, its now them who has to investigate what caused the bend? battery heat? others?

i don't expect a new device from apple, i just need them to fix the bend.

as they say it is out of warranty, i am also ready to pay the amount for the fix, provided they fix it and that to at reasonable cost.

do you think apple will do that? then shame on them...

i can't afford to pay another 50% of device amount, it is very disturbing to use the phone with that bend.

What you didn't take responsibility for was damaging the phone. It sounds as if Apple has already investigated and determined that the cause of the bend was physical damage.

who knows must be someone hired by apple to do that job, like yours is to makeover there image here.

they should accept the fact that it is due to the cheap product design. no wonder how they grow there sales ever year by leaving people with no option then paying for the replacement device.

if the problem is with the case then fix it and charge for it, no customer would object for that.
