How can I do for report a billing problem from my apple ID?
I had a report for my billing and i found a buy to my credit card with my apple id but i don't found what is for. What can i do?

What you do will depend upon where the charges are coming from. Are they on your iTunes account's purchase history ? If they are , and if neither you nor anybody who has access to the account did them, contact iTunes Support as per my reply immediately above your post ; if they are not on your iTunes account (nor any account you've linked to the card), and if they aren't temporary store holding charges, contact the card issuer.

Look at the purchase histories of all iTunes accounts linked to the card and if you find a purchase that you didn't do contact iTunes Support. If you don't find it, and if it's not a temporary store holding charge, contact the card issuer
Try looking at your purchase history : See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
Do you have a question for your fellow users about them ? If they show on your iTunes account and if neither you nor anybody else who has access to the account did them, you should change the account's password if you haven't already done so, and contact iTunes Support if you haven't already done so
i assume that you've looked at your account's purchase history, and if applicable contacted iTunes Support about it ?
I have the same problem. I emailed Apple and received this response but no one has followed through to help me correct this. Now what????? I can't find an email to get assistance.

Where are you seeing this 'charge' ? Credit card statement ? Email/phishing email ? Have you looked at your account(s) purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ? And, if applicable, family share members accounts purchase histories ?
