RICOH Aficio MP C3300: Can Not Print

Hello, I am trying to print from my Mac to a RICOH Aficio MP C3300 printer at work.

I have read all of the articles here and tried everything, but to no success.

The printer people this week installed a PS card, but I still can not print from my Mac and they have not been able to fix it.

(I am still surprised that in this day and age people put out printers that don't support Macs!)

The printer works from Windows using PCL 6 drivers.

My printer requires a user code.

1) Generic PCL / PS / Gutenprint drivers: most progress, but no User Code

When I install Generic PCL driver on my Mac, the printer sees my print requests but I get a message "Access Denied".

I have the RicohUserCodes.command script, but this script does not detect the printer if I have installed as generic PCL.

2) PXL drivers

=> Printer does not acknowledge print request

3) No foomatic/pxlmono drivers for RICOH Aficio MP C3300

Tried using alternative printers (Ricoh Aficio MP C3000 pxlcolor)

=> Printer does not acknowledge print request

Assistance appreciated. Thanks,

Carlo
