How do you apply a watermark to iPhoto?

How do you apply a watermark to iPhoto on a new Mac Air?

I have 1800 photos to display and don't want them ripped or screen shot. I would like a shortcut to apply a watermark.

Thanks

iPad 2, iOS 7.1.2, Mac Pro running version 11.4 iTunes

If you don't want to have to export the photos to add the watermark you'll need to use a 3rd party image editor or watermark application as the "external editor" in iPhoto.
