Cosmetic damage (deep scratch on phone back near the apple logo)

I Had an accident with my iPhone 6 plus which caused a deep scratch on the back it was puchased from Canada and I'm now in India, the device is still under warranty can I get a replacement unit at a coat and what will be the cost please help I love my iPhone slick and clean

Apple will not replace a device for purely cosmetic damage that does not affect function, even for a fee. The aluminum case itself is not a swappable part so the only option would be to replace the whole phone. If you have anyone else work on it, you will void your warranty and will not get service from Apple for any functional problems if any occur in the future.

Apple will not replace it, and Apple does not do trade ins. You can sell it online or privately and then buy a new one, but your existing one is not going to get you anything at all from Apple (including not a discount on a new phone). Cosmetic damage is user damage, and Apple has nothing at all to do with that. It's your phone, you own it, and cosmetic issues are entirely yours to live with or deal with as you choose.
