one of the user returned the iPad to the company

and we select reset and delete all content

user key in the iPad password

after deletion, the iPad cannot activated

the iPad is connected to WIFI

it will say UnSupported SIM,

The Sim card you are attempting to use is not a standard 20 digit ICCID that is required by the iPhone.

This is not a hardware issue with the iPhone. Please contact your carrier and obtain a standard SIM Card

Hi all,

confirmed that the issue resolved

no changes on my iPad

i just activated the iPad without a SIM card via WIFI as per normal

i believe the issue is with Apple's activation server

Apple should clarified this....

if anything happen to Apple's activation server... does it mean all the devices in the world CANNOT be used since it cannot be activated?

unable to activate iPad 2
