Cannot stop passbook notifications to iPhone and Watch

I keep getting spammed with alerts frrom the Starbucks app on my iPhone and Apple Watch, whenever I pass a store I have set as a favourite.

I have disabled both Passbook and Starbucks app under Settings/Notifications on my iPhone. I have also removed the Starbucks app from my Apple Watch. I have also set my Apple Watch to mirror my iPhone's notification settings for Passbook.

Still every few seconds (I work in a tower block directly above Starbucks), I get a notification on both my Watch and my Phone to alert me that I can use Passbook.

How do I stop this... short of uninstalling the Starbucks app (and Passbook) entry from my iPhone?
