I would like to lock my kids iphone remotely and it has a passcode so she just keeps unlocking it anyway to override without erasing it?

One of the hosts may have thought you were connected with the app's developers, and that your post was spam to promote it. Note that it's OK to discuss a product you have a financial interest in, as long as you make that clear in your post. Likewise, if you don't, it's probably a good idea to say that to avoid suspicion.

To change the passcode: Settings > Passcode (enter current passcode) > change passcode

To lock remotely, iCloud and Find My iPhone have to be enabled. Utilize Lost Mode

If you change the passcode and she doesnt know it she can't use the iPhone. You can't remotely lock it and even if you could you would leave her no way to use the iPhone. Better off settings up restrictions with a different passcode to control what she can do.

Think about what you are asking for. If there was a way to lock a phone remotely, think of all of the pranks (and more sinister uses) that this would enable.

Will you please tell us what it is? I would like to be able to lock my daughter's phone. I could do it with Android but not with her iphone.

Yes you can, if you disable the passcode lock on the device. You can use the Find IPhone app to lock the device remotely by turning on lost mode and entering a passcode.

Try using the OurPact app. I can block everything except for texting and phone calling.

You can schedule iPhones and iPads to go off for different times of the day like bedtime, homework time and dinner time. Just make sure you have it set to schedule under each child's name.
