Thank you for your quick reply! But, actually its still not working in China. The one and only payment method is CREDIT CARD.
To get the holy CREDIT CARD, we need
* a well paid job
* to waste time and share ideas
why...
And this isn't the forum for philosophical discussions of Apple's policies.
Either you get a credit card in your legal name registered at your home address or you don't join the developer program.
Why force people to use credit card to enroll this developer program?!
