time machine fails to make a backup

I have tried this 3 times yesterday and it failed every time.

I have formatted my external hdd as MacOsx Journalled and have bought it yesterday so its brand new Seagate 1TB.

Then connected my HDD, enabled Time machine, selected the drive.

It starts backing up and when it reaches 60gb or so the screen freezes and says only one thing in 5 languages, "press and hold the power button to restart your system".

I have disabled all the power settings, so nothing should have stopped, I need to backup about 290GB.

When I reboot I got a error log "send to apple", Dont have that now to shoe, but I have reported that (submitted the error).

If there anything you can help me with, so I could try?

Thanks,

Maksim
