when can i move an icloud-alias to another icloud account?

Hi all

Me and my wife have two
different icloud-accounts (however, my wife’s icloud-account has been created
later than my one). First, i've set up an email-alias for my wife in my own icloud-account.
Several weeks ago, I've deleted this alias in order to create the same alias in
my wife's icloud-account. Unfortunately, the message "alias not
available" appears every time I want to create the alias in my wife’s
account, even it has been deleted several weeks ago on my own icloud-account
and no-one else has created the alias, since emails cannot be delivered – so it
should be available. How long do I have to wait to create the alias or how do i
have to proceed?
