Zune music to new I pod touch

I just got my husband a new Ipod Touch to replace his Zune and I am having NO luck getting the music from it to the Ipod. My problem is the music on the Zune in in 3 different locations 1) from my old computer ( since replaced ) so that content is only on the Zune player ( and it only shows in collection not the market place ) 2) on my other computer that has been upgraded from XP to 7 , when that was done my files were sent to Drop Box and they show there but will not import to Ipod. I have read everything I can on line and I can not get one stupid file to import. Please help he has 3000 songs on the Zune and some I can not get back.
