I am using an ipad mini, erased everything from my ipad, and it said when i first set it up i used so and so email, but i forgot the password and every time i try doing the security questions it says my birth date is wrong, i cant get any information out of te ipad as it is completely locked. Please HELP ME!!!

You need to contact the seller and ask him to remove this iPhone from his list of devices. Otherwise, your iPhone will be a useless brick.

My apple ID and my iCloud ID are different, I don't know the password to my iCloud ID, when ever i try retrieving my iCloud email, it sends it to the iCloud email address, which i have no clue of the password, or it tells me to answer security questions, and when i do it then tells me that its wrong. I am completely locked out of my iPad, my IPad is not second hand, i bought it years ago.
The Apple ID is your e-mail address. How can you forget that?
