Can I get the magic mouse scroll to behave as a mighty mouse?

Hi

Can I get the magic mouse scroll to stop when I stop my finger? I don't want that cellphone-style scrolling when the page continues to scroll even after I let go of the screen. I want it to act like the mighty mouse scroll where the scrolling instantly stops after letting go of the scrolling wheel.

I find this really annoying while working in Logic where I zoom and scroll a lot, both horizontally and vertically. So I would be grateful for all the help I can get!

Ps. I have tried apps such as MagicPrefs, but they don't solve my problem.
