AppleID Rescue address

I've been having an issue since trying to reset my security questions. I sent the option to my rescue address that is an old address I don't even use anymore, but I can't even go in to change or delete it because the option isn't even there. Can someone please help?

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.

Alright. Thank you. This has been driving me nuts. Since I can't even remember ever setting up these security questions and I haven't used that address in years. Thanks a lot.
