How to disable Find My iPad Using Profile Manager/Device Management

Is there a way to disable the "Find My iPhone/iPad" feature remotly from the Device Manager/Profile Manager?

Reason for this is because when an employee leaves, their information is on the iPad and logged into the iCloud account which will not let us restore the iPad because "Find My iPad" feature needs to be turned off.

Thanks

Find My iPhone is a feature of iCloud. If the user creates an iCloud account and turns it on, you can't easily disable it.

The only option once someone has done this is to contact AppleCare and provide proof of purchase of the device.

You can prevent this beforehand if you supervise the devices using Apple Configurator, or you buy devices via Apple's Device Enrollment Program.

Hello William Lloyd

You said that "You can prevent this beforehand if you supervise the devices using Apple Configurator, or you buy devices via Apple's Device Enrollment Program." I want to more details about supervising ios devices thru apple configurator 2 so employee won't be able to activate find my iphone/ipad and basicly device won't have status of icloud lock. I read apple configurator 2 manual but I didnt find anything about it.

Thank you.
