I'd like a 1:1 training session in store to upskill how do i do that

One to One training service is available only at the time you buy a Mac from the Apple Retail Store or the Apple Online Store. If you didn't purchase that service when you bought your Mac, you can still make Genius Bar appointments for specific questions and attend workshops.
