You purchased a limited usage of that song, which does not include 'publication'.
Your digital rights do not include synchronization either, which is the process of adding pictures to the music.

You might also think of your question this way:
Say you composed a nice piece of music for your family's little band and performed it in your garage and then and posted it on youtube.
Someone downloads YOUR performance, because, hey, it's on the Internet, and uses it as the bed for THEIR family's band performance in the THEIR garage and then THEY post THEIR video on youtube.
What just happened? Maybe they claim it was their original music. Maybe they do not. Maybe they even give you credit for the performance. Did they ask your permission? Did you get a payment from them from paypal?
They stole your intellectual property from you.
