Missing iTunes purchased music in the iTunes store cloud...
There are purchased iTune songs on my iphone but are not in my iTunes store cloud for purchased songs. I do I get them back in the cloud? Or correct this issue?

They will only be in the cloud for redownloading whilst they remain in your country's store (rights-holders can remove their items at any time) and if you don't move countries - if they are still in the store then check to see if they're hidden : Hide and unhide purchases in the iTunes Store - Apple Support.
If you have them on your phone then you can copy them over to your computer's iTunes library by connecting it and doing File > Devices > Transfer Purchases so that you can take a backup copy of them.
