PCIe considered external and bootcamp won't install

It also prompts me with the message "You cannot partition an external disk, a RAID disk or an internal disk on which FireVault encryption is in progress" when I load up bootcamp. FireVault is off and the drive is not set to RAID, so I take it the fact that the computer thinks that it is external is the issue. How do I get around this?

All I have is the one drive in the computer which I currently have running OSX 10.10.2.

No. I can only connect it to the RAID ports.

It's formatted to MBR however it's still not allowing me to install. How would I preform the PCIe reset?
