Hi,
I want to convert my keynote file into a pdf file but portions of text are randomly missing throughout the pdf file. Any idea on how to solve this issue? I'm using keynote 6.5.3.

There is no more of a problem with Opentype fonts than Trueype fonts.
Open Font Book in Applications folder, click any font then select all fonts (command A)
next validate the fonts (File > Validate Fonts)
when finished validation, scroll down the list and remove any with a warning.
All my fonts are valid. I use Cochin, and at the export some characters disappear with completely unknown reason. For instance, on the same line (single font, single color, single size, ...), the character "(" is ok but ")" disappears 😝
What specific fonts are used when this problem occurs?
I used Gotham Narrow. I read that there was a problem with Open type fonts so I tried Helvetica, the same thing happened.
