My 'Music' application cannot be opened. It always crashes. Why? :(

I Cannot open Music application. everytime i open, it always crashes. last night i tried to sync some new songs, and it was opened! but this morning it crashes again.

Way i sync: i make playlist in my iTunes (laptop) and i sync the playlist.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.3

I would try restarting your Device. If that fails, Wipe the device from factory default.

Basics from the manual are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new.

Try them in that order until it is resolved.
