i can´t visualize the website www.amazon.com.
i cleaned the cache and the problem continue

Is your browser up to date? Try with another browser like FireFox or Chrome. Is Amazon.com the only site where you have problems?

The browser is update, the problem is present in Firefox and Chrome too. Yes the problem is only present in Amazon.com
I have made a test, i prove to navigate in my iPhone by internet 4G at www.amazon.com and was succes.
I suspect that the problem is due to Firewall politics . What do you Think?

Try an Amazon ip address in your browser, 72.21.206.6
If the ip address works you have a DNS issue, Check/change your dns settings or try power cycling your router.
I tested with IP address 72.21.206.6 and is not well visualized
