I have a 30 gb ipod. I just downloaded a music video from itunes and put it on my ipod. In itunes the video played fine but on my ipod it plays as a normal song, no music video. It's located under music video and everything was just upgraded to the newest versions before downloading. What do I do to make it play as a music video on my ipod?

Go to videos instead of music.

It's not under videos, it's only under music vidoeo...

Are you sure your going to the root menu, video, music video then selecting your artist/video?

Yes, and I only have 1 music video. I play it and it just plays as a regular song. No video action at all. It even says it's a music video too with that little symbol on the top right hand.

Has this error been resolved. I have a 30gb vidoe ipod which when I bought my ipod my music videos worked fine then with an updated version of iTunes they stopped working. Now the video plays in iTunes on the desktop but plays as a normal song on the iPod.

I, too, have the exact same problem, but, even after reading all of this, I fail to see a solution to the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

go to video setting and make sure tv out is off.then go back to music videos n it should come up
