My account was hacked - now How does someone in Tanzania go about getting support on this issue - this website has no such thing as an e-mail address..?

I'm not sure what to do here. I've changed my password etc.. and security questions. But I want to find out how I can get (from Apple) a full audit of what happened on my account today.
It's quite concerning - my password just changed - my Iphone asking for my password and I never changed it - so can only conclude one thing.
I just want to contact Apple over mail if possible.
