How do I download iTunes 12.2?
When I try to sign up for Apple Music, it says I need iTunes 12.2 but when I click the download link it takes me to iTunes 12.1.
iMac (27-inch, Late 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

No, I'm from Germany and I can listen to Beats1 on my iPhone.
As long as you're waiting for the iTunes update to be released, you can use this trick to stream the music from your iPhone to your Mac:

Wow! I wish I even had the option to use a Mac at work! I'm stuck with a Win7 PC setup similar to my 2011 Macbook Pro: Core i7 w/16GB RAM and an SSD, but with Windoze.
That is good news...
as there were reports it would only work with a VPN connection to the US...
Just make an US account with no credit card and add beats 1 at itunes radio 🙂
Given your logic, no one should ever complain about anything. Whether you like seeing negative posts or not, as long as it's delivered with respect, who are you to speak to someone's compulsions? To boot, being in many, many tech forums for over 30 years, believe it or not, sometimes...SOMETIMES...these posts are actually read by people who can actually affect change and/or improvement in products and services.

Not a bad guess but considering some people have already been given the option to install iTunes 12.2 I don't think that's the case.
Wondering if you have been able to find "some people have already been given the option to install iTunes 12.2" that you referred to. Best would be the ones who actually installed it. The option to install is available to you and I, but there is a wait.

That's not compulsion, it's the culmination of a succession of choices, your choices.
As I said, you are not compelled, even if your job actually consists of listening to music.
If economic forces aren't compulsion then I suppose I need to have Apple physically holding a gun to my head to qualify under your definition.
As for people who have installed iTunes 12.2, read through the thread. I am not your personal researcher.
Dear App Store.... find my needed update so I can listen to this "Beats 1" radio you are talking about so much... Thank you
Well, you certainly aren't compelled to use Apple Music by your job, unless you work in the music industry
Why should he not expect a decent service?
Apple are happy to take his money!

Where did I say that no-one should complain, I think you just made that up, it's a good one.
Complain to the correct people, we are not Apple, just users of Apple products, similar to you. Complaining to us will (assuming we share your conclusions) achieve nothing. Who wants to achieve nothing?
Oh, please quote the post where I said that no-one should complain, just so I know you didn't invent it, thx.

It's the rationalization of people who identify with a brand that consistently shows that they don't care about their customers, a way to relieve cognitive dissonance. It's the same kind of mentality you find among people who stay in abusive relationships.

I wasn't aware that the inability to use Apple Music's 90 day free trial cost any money, but thanks for the information, I'll check it.

You're right, I'm not compelled to use it, but I pay for iTunes Match and I'm excited about the possibility of having playlists with music from iTunes Store combined with my uploaded songs from iTunes Match (mostly stuff not available online, or even in digital formats). As a paying customer I kind of expect a bit better treatment than "Hey, go check out our cool new service! All you have to do is download iTunes 12.2! Oh, you wanted to download that? It's not available right now..."
