How do I download iTunes 12.2?
When I try to sign up for Apple Music, it says I need iTunes 12.2 but when I click the download link it takes me to iTunes 12.1.
iMac (27-inch, Late 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

Oh man, if that is the case, tech blogs are going to have a field day.
Come on Apple just make it rain and ship out 12.2 :-)

As for people who have installed iTunes 12.2, read through the thread. I am not your personal researcher.
No, you are the inventor of posters
Respectfully, if you read my post, you'll notice that I did not quote you or anyone. I drew a parallel and a conclusion based upon your argument (see: "given your logic).
This website's url (that's technical for a "website") has the word "discussions" in it. If you do some research, you'll find evidence that like forums are used by programmers and engineers to improve products. Ergo, in response to your conclusion that a post "achieves nothing", you really can't state that as fact.
Regarding your somewhat lame attempt at sarcasm and humor, consider them misguided and truly achieving nothing but proving your ignorance. Moving on.
Thanks, Metis-V!
Maybe they had to add an option to remove the lyrics censoring... :-/
This is so lame. Sort it out ASAP Apple, or at least give people an explanation and estimated time. "coming soon" could mean next week...
Perhaps they didnt think an explanation would be needed because they thought they could figure this out in a timely matter.

Posters like Csound1 are why I generally avoid discussion boards, especially ones without an Ignore feature (if this board has one, please point it out to me)
Well I think we're getting to the point where its no longer timely, an hour or so after would've been fine.. but this is crazy.
YES! Playlists remain on my desktop but won't allow me to sync back on my Iphone 6
Agree with finjaime completely. I would say if Apple listened/concentrated a bit more on update build quality instead of doing silly things like paying U2 a small fortune for a bad album that we all "received as a gift" (a total PR stunt) it would reduce the number of complaints on something understandably trivial like an iTunes update gone wrong. Quite simply, the frustration with the iTunes 12.2 rollout is a result of pent up frustration created by several shotty rollouts by Apple (and frustrations with other Apple fiascos masquerading as "services" - like iCloud).
I'm curious how this issue managed to slip by. Shouldn't they have launched both the iOS 8.4 update and iTunes 12.2 at the same time? I'm guessing somebody's having a really bad day guys, having to wait a few hours for an update to iTunes, when most of us also have iOS devices on which to use Apple Music isn't such a tragedy 🙂
Currently 2:28p Pacific, and still not iTunes 12.2 for Mac. Microsoft has a long history of failing to live up to promises, so I expect fails from them, but Apple? Since last year Apple has been trying really hard to match, if not surpass Microsoft's record of failing to live up to promises. Very disappointed.
