Folders not being turned into colections

This is very strange, used the below options to import and I only some of the folders were turned into collections (i.e. not Fashion Parade) and the ones I did only had audio in them. The footage all imported, I can see it if I flick on the library. This even happened if I imported everything in the directory above the ones I am showing.

I'd need to see a screen shot of your Libraries pane. It should show a Fashion Parade keyword collection for sure. Also, can you show a screen shot of that import window, with the Fashion Parade folder opened, so we can see the full structure?

Also, what versions of FCPX and OS X are you running?
