MY iPad 3 is constantly automatically downloading purchased movies. I cancel them, but they keep restarting the download. It cause my iPad's performance to crawl and often crash.
Any thoughts?

Follow these steps:
Settings>iTunes & App Store> Turn OFF all the Automatic Download options.

there is no option to turn off automatic download of movies. Only:
Music
Apps
Books
Updates.
the only one I have switched on is Music. Surely that doesn't affect Movies as well?

I've switched off all automatic downloads, but the problem still exists. 😠
I Ended up doing a factory reset and restore. That fixed the problem
